Our in-person office location is at 352 Barton Street East, Level 1, Unit 4, Hamilton, L8L 2X9.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time but no earlier than 5 minutes in order to protect your privacy and the privacy of the client before you.

Please enter through the red door at the front of the building. If the door is locked, please wait a moment and I will come out to get you.

Unfortunately this site is not wheelchair accessible.

Parking:

Metered Parking is directly in front of office building or in the parking lot directly to the right of building. $2 per hour.

To make parking payments easier, you can download the Hamilton Passport Parking App before your first in-person session.

In my practice, I draw from an anti-oppressive, client-focused, strength-based framework. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that you are the expert of your experience. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), trauma informed therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness practice, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy (*starting January 2023).

My goals as a practitioner are to help you reach your goals in a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental environment.
