The In-Person office is located at Upper Wentworth and Concession, L8V 2X7. Exact details will be sent at the time of booking.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time but no earlier than 5 minutes in order to protect your privacy and the privacy of the client before you.

Please wait in the front of the building and someone will come out to get you at the time of your scheduled appointment. There is one parking spot available to clients, or free street parking for up to two hours. Unfortunately this site is not wheelchair accessible.

In my practice, I draw from an anti-oppressive, client-focused, strength-based framework. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that you are the expert of your experience. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), trauma informed therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness practice, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy (*starting January 2023).

My goals as a practitioner are to help you reach your goals in a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental environment.
